We field daily calls for our clients and their customer! s in multiple industries and specialties. Job DescriptionNOVO1 Wisconin is a Customer Service Call Center with offices throughout the United States. The Wisconsin division receives inbound customer service calls for a variety of clients including Doctors, Contractors, Lawyers, IT, Industrial, Order Entry and others in the Customer Service Industry. The primary function of the Customer Service Representative is to answer the customer service calls and assist customers, while upholding the high standards of our company as well as our clients. We are looking for English Speaking Customer Service Specialists. You must be able communicate in English, verbally and written.
Job Requirements 18 years of age or older on or before hire date This is a 2nd shift permanent part time position (minimum hourly requirement per week is 20hrs) and requires 8 hour shifts both Sat and Sun every other weekend. 2nd shift premium and weekend premiums offered. This position requires working eve! ry other holiday. Ability to communicate clearly both orally a! nd in writing. Must pass criminal background check. High school diploma or GED. Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute. (Accuracy is a must) All employees earn PTO based on number of hours worked Paid training
