Position : Hotel Procurement Manager
Client : HNG Capital
Job Location : Based in Penang
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement purchasing policies, systems and procedures in accordance with company standards.
2. Monitor vendors for quality, service and price through standard purchasing specifications.
3. Establish contracts to ensure reduced pricing for all operating areas of the hotel.
4. Identify new suppliers, negotiate supply agreement including discount structures and volume rebates.
5. Assist the Finance and Operational Departments in monitoring, reporting and controlling of Cost of Sales in the hotel, including audit and control, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting etc.
6. Responsible for all administrative functions of the Materials Department, staffing, training and execution of other related duties.
7. Ensure Suppliers follow the rules relating to the hygiene of goods delivered.
8. Any other duties related especially for pre-opening.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess a relevant degree or certificate.
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Energetic & creative, willing to explore new sources for procurement.
- Meticulous, has interest in design and understand the industry trends.
- Hotel procurement experience is necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
