Hall & Evans, L.L.C., a prominent and well respected law firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our expanding and busy Billings, MT practice. If you h! ave 3+ years of jury trial experience as a first or second chair, then don’t miss this great opportunity to join a successful, professional, and collaborative team in our Billings office.
Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Montana
A strong work ethic and proven case management skills
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Exceptional research and writing skills
Top-notch marketing and client development skills
Ability to travel
Competent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Prosecutors or Public Defenders are encouraged to apply
Experience with the Federal Employer’s Liability Act (FELA) is a plus
