Recruiter (Human Resource)

Major task:
- Conducting major position recruitment work for establishing stores in the United States.
- Establish/implement effective and differentiated recruitment strategies as business partners for new organizational settings.
- Manage and lead all stages of recruitment pipeline.
- Direct sourcing and channel discovery to meet recruitment objectives.
- Derive insights through recruitment data management and analysis.
Requirements:
- A person who has led the recruitment work for an organization with at least 100
employees per year for at least 3 years.
- Experienced in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with
your organization's business strategy.
- A person who has a strong understanding of the offline store worker recruitment market
and trends in the U.S.
- A person who has prudence and responsibility as representative.
- A person who can think logically, work quickly and accurately.
- Flexible communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
Preferred:
- Over 200 people have experienced recruitment and HR overall.
- Established a recruitment strategy considering the characteristics of exhibition
stores/regional offices/new stores.
- Analysis and indicator design capabilities.
- Strengths in hiring, such as direct sourcing, recruitment branding, and data analytics.
