Chat Sales Representatives will handle inbound chats for T-Mobile assisting customers and performing account reviews to upgrade existing products, add new lines of service and offer additional features and accessories. Top performers regularly earn $1200-$1500 per week in commissions alone.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide inbound support and sales via chat with customers.
- Capitalize on all upsell opportunities
- Close out sales via telephone.
- Consistently provide a great customer experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Computer skills including typing skills, navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required

- Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
