Research and prepare responses to requests for information
Participate in local level Federal and State investigations
Requirements
5 years work experience, preferably legal-related in a manufacturing or plant setting
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to conduct legal research
Ability to interact with individuals at all levels
Ability to interact with various State and Federal agencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to and change priority quickly
Must be proactive, self motivated with ability to work independently
Exceedingly well organized and detail oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and accommodate rush requests
Must be a team player, willing to help other team members during peak times
Superior computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Pacer and Westlaw
Paralegal certificate and college degree
