Additional Salary Information: T! he Judicial Branch offers job stability and an excellent benefit package including:

Law clerks serving more than two years will be moved to senior law clerk status.

Duties:
The 8th Judicial District is recruiting for a law clerk. The successful candidate will provide legal research and support for the Honorable Kenneth Neill. The successful candidate will draft legal memos on contested motions, draft portions of! legal opinions and court orders. The successful candidate will also conference with judge concerning legal questions, legal theories and content of opinions and orders.

Education/Experience:
Applicants must have a JD, legal research experience and excellent writing skills. New graduates as well as experienced attorneys will be considered. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Montana or eligible to be admitted within the probationary period.
The Judicial Branch cannot pay routine Bar Dues.
