Employee Relations Consultant The candidate will provide advice and counsel to human resources generalists and business line managers on a wide variety of employee relations issues arising across the Bank's domestic operations, including discipline and discharge, reasonable accommodation, investigations, leaves of absence, social media and other employee iss! ues. Will manage administrative claims filed against the bank, draft and maintain employment policies and the code of ethics, develop compliance tools, and train on a variety of employee relations topics. A J.D. degree and employment law background is strongly preferred.
Must have 5+ years of employee relations experience in a multi-state organization. A strong employee relations counseling background and familiarity with employment laws in multiple states is required.
