Employee Relations Consultant The candidate will provide advice and counsel to human resources generalists and business line managers on a wide variety of employee relations issues arising across the Bank's domestic operations, including discipline and discharge, reasonable accommodation, investigations, leaves of absence, socia! l media and other employee issues. Will manage administrative claims filed against the bank, draft and maintain employment policies and the code of ethics, develop compliance tools, and train on a variety of employee relations topics. A J.D. degree and employment law background is strongly preferred.
Must have 5+ years of employee relations experience in a multi-state organization. A strong employee relations counseling background and familiarity with employment laws in multiple states is required.
