Loan Servicing Specialist 3

Pay Rate: $13.00
Start Date: can start as soon as they clear BG
Position Type/Duration of Assignment:
4-6 month project, Temp to perm for top performers
Hours/Schedule(if training schedule include here) â€"
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch; after training there will be OT
Interview Process(HOR, phone, personal etc):
1 interview, in person for 30 minutes
Job Description:
- This group is researching closing fees on second mortgages and calling closing agents, attorneys, and title companies to determine if the correct amounts were charged to the customers.
- If it is determined that the customer was overcharged, a check will be sent out to customer for the diferrence.
- Updating databases with the confirmed fee amounts charged to customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 /hour
