Established local Attorney's office specializing in commercial transactions and vehicle registration is seeking an Assistant to check compliance and qualify Companies with the Montana Secretary of State. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to , answering incoming calls, client account management, data entry, filing and general administrative support.
We are willing to train a hardworking individual who can show dedication and that they will be a great addition to our team.
Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Outlook 365, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro and able to navigate additional computer software efficiently.
A qualified applicant must:

* Be eager to learn, organized and detail-oriented
* Use professional phone communication
* Understand ethics and confidentiality
* Be able to prioritize projects and multi-task
* Have cheerful attitude and enjoy working with others
* Reliable
* Willing to cross train
Experience with DMV title work and Secretary of State commercial filings is preferred but not required.
