We are looking for a passionate, expert, and strategy partner to help us support a highly matrixed, deeply passionate, global sustainability & social impact team to set, refine and deliver against our 2030 targets and our overall ambition to grow our business through the lens of sustainability.


As a lead, FoodShare & Hunger Relief, you will…


  • Project manage critical sustainability and social impact programs: manage projects and programs that help us set, refine, and achieve our 2030 goals for sustainable food systems, creating connections across the enterprise and industry to maximize our impact.
  • Impact and Resource Management. Analyze data and impact from programs and projects and create clear summaries and reports connected to program KPIs and success targets. Manage team budget and resources.
  • Support strategic relationships to advance programs: Support NGO, industry, and other stakeholder partnerships and relationships, facilitating connections across the enterprise and beyond, tracking overall engagement, agreements, and overseeing program implementation, as appropriate to achieve sustainability ambitions.
  • Support partner and customer engagement activations: manage initiatives and campaigns that help us raise awareness for hunger relief and food waste with partners and customers.
  • Deliver sustainability & social impact subject matter expertise and actionable guidance: Act as part of the internal expert team providing clear, actionable insights on topics including sustainable food systems, hunger relief, food waste. This will include tracking industry standards, methodology, and industry benchmarking and best practices.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic field and team: Anticipate needs and adapt to changing demands of a dynamic field, team and enterprise. Excited to support special projects and new initiatives that support our overall road map to our 2030 targets and broader ambitions.


We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, additional advanced degrees valued

  • 5-7+ years leading sustainable food systems, corporate food loss & waste / hunger relief, or related impact programs and projects and/or leading strategy programs, projects, and cross-functional teams in other environment / social impact areas

  • Demonstrated results working on wide ranging external partnerships with NGOs, government, other companies, and more

  • Excellent data analysis and financial management skills

  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate across functions and/or geographies to solve complex problems

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization; handle competing priorities; influence others to deliver performance

  • Strong analytical and program management skills; ability to research and synthesize various sources of information to develop a cohesive point of view

  • Superb communications skills, both orally and in writing for various audiences
