Key accountabilities
Your profile
- Be a customer support and the point of contact for clients.
- Provide first level technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
- Coordinate local suppliers and technical teams involved in the solution
- Depending on the project, responsible for the successful deployment of solutions for a broad range range of organisations (private and public, large and small)
- Carry out successful client events (webinars/webcasts, on site...)
- Help clients optimize their working processes and effectively use Corporate Services solutions
- Develop specific, sector-oriented knowledge
- Identify needs and market developments
- Conduct reporting and keep meticulous records
- Responsible for good internal and external communication
Your profile
- Experience in project management in a corporate environment
- Adaptable and able to maintain a good project overview
- Strive to achieve the best result together with the client, strong customer support skills
- Be client-oriented and work as a strong team with your colleagues
- Good command of English and the language of the country where you are based in
- Excellent communicative and organizational skills
- Flexible, proactive, result and service-focused
- Broad knowledge of Information Communication Technologies
