We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will focus on process optimization, fraud prevention, price findings and the improvement of scoring models for medical practices and patients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our payment systems, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our risk management processes.

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Risk Management team to identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient workflows
    • Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Management teams to assist in pricing practices and drive process improvements
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
    • Calculate key performance indicators and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on risk management activities, findings, and recommendations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, i.e. IT, Product Development and Customer Support, to address risk-related issues and enhance our processes

Requirements

    • Curiosity and enthusiasm for setting up new / or improving existing processes
    • Knowledge or interest in risk management principles, fraud prevention and pricing strategies as well as scoring models
    • Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
    • Ideally, availability to work for at least another year
